BESTFULFILL LTD operates the Bestfulfill Dropshipping & POD APP (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, conditions, policies, and statements set forth on or in our website. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms, conditions, policies, and statements. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
With your consent, we’ll send you emails and push notifications (shipping fee updates, product recommendations, wallet changes and other information). You can opt out anytime. We’re not liable if you miss or don’t read them.
Any new features or tools added to the current site and the application should also be subject to the terms and conditions. You can view the latest version of the "Terms and Conditions" on this page at any time. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any parts of the terms and conditions by posting updates or changes on the site. You are responsible for regularly checking the changes to this page, and BESTFULFILL will notify you of the revision of the terms by email or announcement on our website. You accept any changes when you continue to use our Services and application or visit our website after any changes have been published.
By signing up for a BESTFULFILL account or by using any BESTFULFILL Services, you voluntarily agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("the terms") as a BESTFULFILL user. If you do not agree to the terms or any of its terms and conditions, you need to stop the registration process immediately.
The privacy policy, rules, and Store Authorization Agreement shall be deemed as supplementary agreements to this Terms, which shall be inseparable from this Terms and have the same legal effect. You agree to the above supplementary agreements if you use BESTFULFILL services.
(a) You confirm that before you start to register with BESTFULFILL or use BESTFULFILL services, you have the civil conduct capacity required by your country or at least 18 years old. Otherwise, you should immediately terminate your registration or stop using BESTFULFILL.
(b) You have carefully read and agree to BESTFULFILL's Privacy Policy, which governs the protection and usage of your personal information collected and stored by BESTFULFILL and its affiliates. You agree to accept all terms of the Privacy Policy and agree that BESTFULFILL can access, use, disclose and share your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
(c) You are allowed to access the content, products or services provided by third-party websites through hyperlinks (text links, banners, channels or other forms), APIs or other means. Please read the terms or privacy policies of such sites before using them. You need to understand that BESTFULFILL Company neither has control over such third-party websites nor monitors such websites. Therefore, BESTFULFILL takes no responsibility for any content, products, or services provided on such websites.
(d) All contents, materials and information you obtain from our website shall be used only for the purposes permitted by our website. You must not use the abovementioned matter for any other purposes not expressly permitted by BESTFULFILL or other illegal purposes.
(e) If any provision of the terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, such provision shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall remain effective and enforceable.
(f) BESTFULFILL Company reserves the right to assign the Terms (including all rights, titles, interests, obligations and responsibilities in the Terms) to any person or entity (including any affiliate of BESTFULFILL Company). You may not assign all or any part of the Terms to any person or entity.
(g)Before placing an order on BESTFULFILL, you are obliged to read the product details on BESTFULFILL carefully, and make a judgment based on your own risk tolerance. The important risks of dropshipping are as follows:
(a) An account will be generated for you after successful registration. The ownership of the account belongs to BESTFULFILL, and you only have the right to use the account during the valid period of the terms. Without our consent, your account is for your own use only, while information or control of your account shall not be transferred, donated, lent, sold, authorized or leased to a third party or jointly controlled and used by a third party. The account password is for your own security protection. You are responsible for keeping information including the user name, password of the account. Otherwise, you will be fully accountable for any legal liability caused by such matters. You shall not share, or allow others to use your account, ID or password. Any logging activity of your account will be considered as your own operation, and the record data generated by the operation are valid credentials for your behavior. If you find any unauthorized uses of your password or accounts, and any other violations of the user account security, you need to immediately notify BESTFULFILL. According to BESTFULFILL's data analysis and experience, BESTFULFILL may take security measures such as limiting login if BESTFULFILL believes that your account has abnormal activities.
(b)Necessary information including but not limited to a user name, your name, email, country, contact information, delivery address, bank account, etc. should be provided during your registration or use of BESTFULFILL account. You must ensure that the information you fill in and provide is true, accurate and complete. Otherwise, your account may be restricted or terminated. You are accountable for any liability or loss for providing untruthful, inaccurate or incomplete information. After registration of your account, BESTFULFILL has the right to decide whether we will offer services to you based on the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and whether it conforms to other conditions of the terms. You need to update in time for any changes of the information provided by you during the use of your account.
(c) The account may be compatible with other websites or applications operated by BESTFULFILL and our affiliates, or third-party platforms of our partners and so forth. When logging in with your account and using certain services, you shall also comply with the relevant service agreement in addition to the provisions of terms.
(d)You agree that all activities occurring under your account (including but not limited to publishing any company or product information, clicking to accept any other agreement or rule, subscribing to or paying for any service, sending E-mail or SMS by an email account) will be deemed to be authorized by you.
(e) You acknowledge that BESTFULFILL has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate your account and reserves the right to claim compensation from you if your behavior brings negative impacts on BESTFULFILL, including but not limited to: Publishing untrue statements about BESTFULFILL; Opening disputes on related third-party platforms without negotiation with BESTFULFILL.
(f)Your personal information and account information will be stored and encrypted by BESTFULFILL under your authorization. Please refer to the Private Policy for full details.
(g)You agree to allow BESTFULFILL to send, display, promote, or send information (both commercial and non-commercial) to you from BESTFULFILL or third-party advertisers in accordance with laws and regulations while using our services. You can configure the relevant settings to turn on/off or reduce the display of relevant types of ads or push notifications if you are not interested in receiving such ads or notifications.
BESTFULFILL focuses on dropshipping and our main user groups are vendors on Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Lazada and Shopee. BESTFULFILL also provides the following services (please refer to the latest version of the scope of our service published on BESTFULFILL).
(a) Products: BESTFULFILL mall has various types of products with corresponding information including product attributes, descriptions, inventory, prices, etc.
(b)Sourcing Service: You may submit a product Sourcing Request to BESTFULFILL by providing relevant pictures, product links, text descriptions, etc.
(c)Order Processing and Order Fulfillment: Order synchronization: order information from your authorized store will be synchronized to BESTFULFILL. You can ship products to BESTFULFILL and BESTFULFILL will handle and ship your products.
(d)Store Management Services: BESTFULFILL offers store transfer service, multiple store management, and sub-accounts to meet the diversified needs of users, and you can manage multiple stores integrally on BESTFULFILL platform by setting up sub-accounts. One-click Listing: you can list BESTFULFILL products to your authorized stores. You are obliged to timely update the product information in the store since the product information of BESTFULFILL platform may change at any time according to the actual situation. Meanwhile, BESTFULFILL takes no responsibility for the resulting dispute. Product Connection: you can connect your products in the store with BESTFULFILL products. Then, you are obliged to timely update the product information in the store since the product information of BESTFULFILL platform will change according to the actual situation at any time. Meanwhile, BESTFULFILL takes no responsibility for the resulting dispute. Customized Packaging: BESTFULFILL provides customized packaging for you. Products of customized packaging will not be returned or resent except for quality problems.
When you fulfill an order through BESTFULFILL, you will be charged for both the cost of the product and the cost of shipping. The product cost covers the cost of the item you are purchasing, while the shipping cost covers the cost of delivering the product to your customer.
(a) Credit Top-up: BESTFULFILL offers a top-up service. You can pay for orders or other services through BESTFULFILL Wallet on BESTFULFILL.
(b)Top-up Method and Currency: We accept PayPal, Stripe online transfers, as well as transfers via Airwallex, WorldFirst, Payoneer, PingPong and Wise. Transfers from HSBC and Dah Sing Bank are also supported. Primary currencies: USD and EUR.
(c)Balance Withdrawal Currency and route: USD and EUR only. Funds will be returned to the original payment account (including PayPal, Stripe or the credit card used). If that account has been closed or rejects the refund, you must provide a new bank account under the same name and pass identity verification before the withdrawal is processed. Fee: 3% of the withdrawal amount, minimum 3 USD / 3 EUR, maximum 50 USD / 50 EUR. Any additional gateway fees charged by the payment provider shall be borne by the recipient. Exchange rate: The real-time rate applies; any loss caused by rate fluctuation is borne by the user. Arrival time: 3–5 business days.
(d) Balance Deduction: when the wallet balance is larger than the order amount, your balance can be deducted; if a refund is involved, the amount deducted will be returned to your wallet balance.
(a) Shipping Cost Prepaid: Shipping Instructions: you can choose the appropriate shipping method when placing an order. when you place an order, BESTFULFILL will charge you the shipping cost. However, considering the difference in the estimated weight, the volume of the products, and other factors, the shipping cost on BESTFULFILL is only the estimated cost, which is for reference only, and the actual shipping cost shall prevail. The freight charges set out in this Terms may be adjusted by BESTFULFILL in response to uncontrollable cost increases—such as rate hikes imposed by third-party service providers, changes in customs-duty policies, or fluctuations in aviation-fuel prices—based on its operating conditions and prevailing market circumstances.
(b)Shipping Track: you can track shipping information through the tracking website provided by BESTFULFILL or other third-party websites. For some remote countries, the shipping information cannot be tracked. Please timely contact the local post office for more information.
(c)Price Change: BESTFULFILL will change shipping costs periodically or seasonally according to the third-party carriers' prices.
(d)Oversized product refers to the product whose volume weight is greater than the actual weight. If final packed weight or volume exceeds what our system shows, we’ll bill you the extra freight based on the higher of actual or volumetric weight.
(e)Re-shipment: If the products are returned to the sender or carrier due to reasons attributable to you (including but not limited to incorrect address, recipient absent, unreachable recipient, etc.), we will notify you promptly upon receipt of the returned item. You may opt to have the carrier re-ship the package; however, any and all re-shipment costs will be borne by you. Should you choose not to re-ship, the associated risks and losses shall be your sole responsibility.
(f)Remote Fee: to ensure normal order fulfillment, BESTFULFILL has the right to charge additional remote fees when your packages are shipped to certain remote countries.
(g)Limitation of Liability BESTFULFILL is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or failed delivery that results from: Force-majeure events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, terrorism, government orders, robbery). The natural properties, hidden defects or normal wear-and-tear of the goods. Customer-caused issues (wrong address, unreachable recipient, etc.). If a package is returned for any reason listed in (3), we will notify you and may offer free storage only while the overseas carrier’s free period lasts. You must arrange re-delivery or collection with our team before that period ends and pay any extra fees. Once free storage expires, the parcel may be disposed of without compensation.
By using BESTFULFILL you agree to: Operate only within the scope we allow and never abuse or over-use the service.
(a)Obey all laws, industry rules and basic standards of behavior; never upload or share anything illegal, harmful, obscene, violent, defamatory, spam or that infringes others’ rights (IP, privacy, reputation, etc.).
(b) Keep the platform secure: no hacking, scanning, viruses, forged data, reverse engineering, plug-ins or exploitation of bugs.
(c) Refrain from copying, re-editing, republishing or redirecting our content for commercial gain without written consent.
(d)Maintain your API/store connection: provide correct credentials, fix any data-sync issues we flag, notify us of updates, and handle any customer dispute that arises from your faulty or delayed integration.
We only collect what we need to run and improve the service:
(a)Details you type in yourself (skip them and some features may not work).
(b)Basic analytics from cookies and similar tech when you browse or use our tools.
(c) Delivery information we get from carrier so your parcel finds you.
(d) Sensitive data like address and phone number—strictly for shipping.
(e)To protect your rights and interests, BESTFULFILL will regularly clear the store data of your sales platform, such as order, shipping address, product information, etc. Store stats you let us sync (orders, listings, stock, tracking numbers); we may update them to keep everything in line.
All services and content on BESTFULFILL, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, are the properties of BESTFULFILL dropshipping or the content providers and are protected by the Chinese and international laws. The intellectual property of the overall content website belongs to BESTFULFILL or our affiliates.
A compilation of all content provided through or included in BESTFULFILL Services is the exclusive property of BESTFULFILL and is protected by UK and international law. No individual has the right to infringe the above rights of BESTFULFILL. Otherwise, BESTFULFILL reserves the right to claim indemnity and losses from infringers, including but not limited to direct and indirect losses, potential losses, legal costs, arbitration fees, investigation and evidence collection fees, attorney's fees, notarization fees, etc.
The content on BESTFULFILL is partly from our suppliers. If any organization or individual thinks that the content on BESTFULFILL may infringe its lawful rights and interests, please timely inform BESTFULFILL. BESTFULFILL will remove the accused infringing content as soon as possible after being informed, but will not bear any relevant legal responsibility or economic responsibility.
Since the sourcing requests posted are reviewed manually or filtered by the system, it is impossible to fully determine whether the sourcing requests on BESTFULFILL are legitimate or not. Therefore, BESTFULFILL is not liable for your sourcing requests. If you think that there are quality problems or intellectual property rights infringements involved in the transaction through BESTFULFILL, you need to timely inform BESTFULFILL and BESTFULFILL will try its best to assist you to solve the corresponding problems.
The intellectual property rights of original information such as text, pictures, videos, software, and performances published and uploaded by users on BESTFULFILL belong to you (or separately agreed by the third-party content provider and you) when you use BESTFULFILL services, but, based on BESTFULFILL operation, you need to confirm that your publishing and uploading of such information are deemed to be your right to use, copy, and disseminate our authorized intellectual property rights.
We may use market data lawfully to optimize our services and business strategies without requiring any additional authorization from you, we will not violate any privacy or data-protection laws.
BESTFULFILL always respects intellectual property rights and opposes any infringement of intellectual property rights. In case of any infringement of your lawful rights and interests during your use, you have the right to inform us to take the necessary measures. You have the right to report to us if you find any violation of laws and regulations or relevant rules of the Terms during the access to the platform, we will take necessary measures such as deleting, blocking, disconnecting or restricting functions to deal with it in a timely manner.
BESTFULFILL is committed to respecting user privacy and protecting the security of your personal information. BESTFULFILL takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information and privacy. We promise that BESTFULFILL only collects or uses your personal information when necessary for providing BESTFULFILL Services, and such information will not be used for purposes other than providing services. Please carefully and fully read the promptly released Privacy Policy specifically written for the platform to protect your personal information.
Security Protection: A range of technologies and procedures are applied with strong security features to establish a sophisticated system and prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal information.
Usage and Disclosure of Information: BESTFULFILL reserves the right to obtain, use, store, and share your personal information upon explicit consent, and is subject to applicable laws and regulations. Your personal information or confidential content in our server will not be disclosed or altered without your authorization. You hereby agree and assure that BESTFULFILL has the right to collect and use your information according to our Privacy Policy.
You agree that BESTFULFILL has the right to collect the information of your usage and behavior through cookies and other technologies, and we are free to use the pure desensitized commercial data that is no longer related to your personal information. If you prefer, of course, you can choose to delete cookies, but you will need to change user Settings each time you visit our site.
Refund, Resend and Returns Policy is an important basis for the resolution of disputes on BESTFULFILL, and it applies to all dropshippers in cooperation with BESTFULFILL. All disputes shall be opened on BESTFULFILL. If you directly open disputes on any other third-party platforms (including but not limited to third-party service providers or judicial authorities) without consultation with BESTFULFILL, BESTFULFILL has the right to permanently block your account.
BESTFULFILL will offer you a solution to resolve the dispute timely while the following evidence must be provided, including:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
In no case shall BESTFULFILL, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, other representatives, assignees, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. BESTFULFILL and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements
You shall understand and agree that, under applicable law, BESTFULFILL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or unusual loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, business reputation, use, or data and other intangible loss caused by use or inability of the service. Under applicable law, BESTFULFILL or our Suppliers shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss of profits or any unusual, accidental, or inevitable loss caused by our website, services, or this terms(or any other related issues). If your violation of this terms, or the supplementary agreements, policy, or Chinese and international law causes any damage to other third parties or causes claims or requirements from any other third party against BESTFULFILL company and associated companies, BESTFULFILL partners, BESTFULFILL senior managers, directors, agents, employees and suppliers (including but not limited to any cost of legal process), BESTFULFILL reserves the right to claim for compensation or further claims to cover the loss.
For sourcing service, you understand that the sourcing results from other users (including but not limited to text, images, and links) may contain risks and flaws (including but not limited to intellectual property rights infringement), and you shall acknowledge that BESTFULFILL is not responsible for the risk and flaws of sourcing products uploaded by other users since not all sourcing products are censored.
Tariff. You need to be responsible for all tariffs and other tax issues caused by the national customs of the target market during the order fulfillment. Otherwise, you shall be fully responsible for the detained products due to your failure to pay the relevant value-added tax or import tax in time.
When you register as a user of BESTFULFILL Platform and accept the services provided by BESTFULFILL, you can provide BESTFULFILL with true and valid contact information (including your email address, phone number, contact address, etc.). In case of any changes of contact information, you are obligated to update relevant information promptly and maintain a state of being contactable.
Your BESTFULFILL account and sub-account are considered as effective contact to receive system notifications too.
BESTFULFILL will send your various notifications by one or several of your above contact methods. As the contents of such notices may have a beneficial or unfavorable effect of significance on your rights and obligations, please be sure to keep yourself updated.
BESTFULFILL platform will contact you with your provided contact information mentioned above, as written notices via electronic media, including but not limited to BESTFULFILL notifications, SMS to the provided contact phone number, e-mails to the provided email address, system messages to your BESTFULFILL account, etc. The success in sending will be considered notice delivered.
You agree that judicial authorities (including but not limited to the People's Court) may deliver legal documents (including but not limited to lawsuit documents) to you via modern communication media such as SMS, E-mail, or by mail in case of any dispute arising from transaction activities on BESTFULFILL.
The mobile phone number, E-mail address, or BESTFULFILL account that you have specified to receive legal documents shall be the same mobile phone number and E-mail address you provided when registering and updating on BESTFULFILL, and the legal documents shall be considered to be delivered when the documents are sent by judicial authorities according to the above-mentioned contact information. The mailing address you specified will be your legal contact address or the valid contact address you provided.
You agree that the judicial authority may serve the legal documents to you in one or more of the above ways. In case of different times of service, the earliest one served prevails.
You agree that the above methods of document service apply to all stages of the judicial proceedings including but not limited to the first instance, second instance, retrial, execution and supervision procedures, etc. during the litigation procedure.
You need to ensure that the contact information provided is accurate, valid, and updated in real time. If the contact information provided is not accurate or the contact information is not updated in time, resulting the legal documents being unable to be served or not being served in time, you need bear the legal consequences.
All legal notices or requirements related to BESTFULFILL, shall be sent to BESTFULFILL in written form by express delivery, registered mail or fax.
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire terms and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party.
We will give you at least 30 days’ prior notice of any material change. If you do not accept the change, you may terminate this Terms free of charge within the notice period.

Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms shall first be settled through friendly consultations. If no settlement is reached within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective rules.
Severability:If any provision of this Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from this Terms.
